  • Down a pound

This past week I have stuck 100% to the candida-overgrowth-elimination plan. No cheese, or sour cream, or vinegar products, or smoked meats, or .... ':joy'

I actually find it amazing that I did lose the pound cause I haven't exercised all weekend either. Last Wednesday night after swimming my mile I felt a cold coming on, and it has been a real nasty one. My head is still all stuffy and my body is achy but the symptoms are not as bad as on Fri or Sat. I'm one of those folks who NEVER loses weight while sick cause I drink so much fluid and load myself with turkey-vegetable soup and other fluidly food.

Amazingly my craving for cheese has vanished and I even made my ds cheese macroni last evening (homemade with real cheese, no box stuff in this home) and didn't taste or nibby on any of the cheese, or sauce. That's a first! Numerous times over the last year I've made the pasta without tasting it so to avoid that last evening was 'no-big-deal'.

I'm sticking with the elimination and I'll let ya know how it goes.':nod'

      Congratulations.

I am doing my cleanse. First I thought that it was not working, but now I think that I will be ok soon.
