all of the accounts I have read for yeast from the atkins prespective are pretty clear that to combat yeast we have to begin internally. Dr Atkins says he doesn't believe that food CAUSES yeast overgrowths, but they encourage yeast prolification.
NO dairy, cheese, no vinegar (nothing femented) no flour or sugar. All of these things feed the yeast. then Dr atkins talks about a few supplements. Caprylic Acid, a good brand of Acidophollis, and garlic. I am beginning later this week going to alter my personal regime with the hopes of overcoming candida.

I am not familiar with your particular condition but if it is yeast related I can only imagine dealing with it like it was candida would only be a positive thing.

    Good luck

Thank you for the advice. I am going to the dermatologist again tomorrow. I can't deal with this anymore.

I found that rubbing extra virgin coconut oil right onto the places affected by yeast overgrowth healed them right up. I didn't know that the cracks in the corners of my mouth and the eczema-like crusty skin on each side of my mouth and nose was yeast related! Coconut oil is a strong anti-fungal.

Besides the usual diet changes needed for a mild overgrowth (mushrooms, dairy, pickles, vinegar, mayo, mustard, bottled salad dressings, cheese, grain, fruit) you need to stop using coffee, tea, dry herbs and spices--anything that can and does grow molds and fungus. Only when I did the strict yeast-free diet did all my symptoms go away--some that I didn't even know was caused by yeast.

It also helped me to brush my teeth three times a day with baking soda. Yeastie beasties start in the mouth and are all through your digestive system. Baking soda is a strong anti-fungal.

I also took a double dose of a good probiotic.

        Sunny!
People who say it can't be done, should not interrupt those doing it.

The fact that you are stressing out is aggravating your condition. Try to calm down, do something fun to relax. If herbal treatments are not working, a couple options you have are Lamisil and Monistat (you can use it on the skin). Try using that as often as the box says to. Be consistent about using it because yeast mutates very fast. Avoid sugar as well, that will encourage growth. I feel your pain, I've been there too! Good luck

I've heard that you should use TeaTree oil for this - the thing is, tea tree oil really stinks. :P Definitely see the dermitologist.
