Weight this morning - 153.0 lbs
Whew - what a day so far. I went to bed and woke up this morning with a headache, and I've taken so many Advil already that I can't possibly take any more. And yet, my head is still killing me. This sucks!
Anyhow, I have discovered, after reading the Candida board above and the DANDR book chapters related to it, that I most certainly have Candida, and I need to treat myself by further restricting my diet and taking a whack of supps to kill these yeasties off. This totally explains so many "mild" yet irritating symptoms that I have been suffering from for years.
Here are the Candida Symptoms that I have had to date:
I'll write more in the coming days as to how and what will change, but most certainly it will be the following:
1. No more bars what-so-ever and no sugar alcohols!
2. No cheeses
3. No decaff or caff coffee
4. No dairy
5. No fruit
6. No grains
I'm looking forward to taking this next step and correcting my imbalances in my system. I'm starting today by heading to the health food store on the way home for at least the following items...
I'll keep updating my journal as usual, and I'm going to make sure to keep a really tight rein on all of the different things that I will eliminate.

- 1. Needing more than one dose of anti-biotics during infections
2. Chronic runny nose, post nasal drip
3. Sinus headaches, migranes
4. Skin irritations: scaling, hives, psoriasis, vaginal/rectal itch
5. Fatigue even after adequate sleep
6. Gastrointestinal problems: constipation ( I used to suffer with this one for years as a young child), abdominal pain, diarrhea, gas, bloating
7. Reproductive problems: PMS, vaginal infections
8. Oral thrush
9. Muscular and nervous problems: aches or swelling in muscles or joints, numbness, tingling, burning, weakness
10. Respiratory problems: chronic bronchitis and colds
11. Stalled weight loss.

- 1. Pro-biotic (acidophilus) 2x a day - once in am before eating, once in evening before bd on an empty or almost empty stomach
2. Digestive enzymes
3. Extra Virgin Coconut Oil - which has Caprylic acid which kills Candida Yeast - I'm going to work my way up to 3T a day.
4. Oil of oregano capsules/pills - 2 pills after breakfast, 2 pills after evening meal (I may start out with 1 pill each time and see how it affects me)
5. Unfiltered, raw, organic apple cider vinegar
6. Garlic tabs
7. 1 tsp psyllium husk powder which contains black walnut (Li-fibre brand) every morning
8. Herbal Classic Natural Cleanse tea every evening
9. Multi-vit.
I'll keep updating my journal as usual, and I'm going to make sure to keep a really tight rein on all of the different things that I will eliminate.
