Newbie on the candida forum

Morning everyone

I was reading ADBB last night before bed as normal and for once, read about yeast and the penny dropped! I have almost every symptom mentioned... the spit test proved positive so I am starting my low yeast diet today. I need to read all the stickies so I know what I am doing but I just wanted to say hello.
