Okay - so I started doing anti-yeast a couple days ago and starting acidophilus. I started Atkins back on January 5th and have seen little to no loss at all.
I know it's only been a couple of days but I have to say that can really see and feel a difference with my body. Now, I can't say for SURE that it's from making these changes but I don't feel as bloaty in the mornings and my tummy looks different. The top part of my belly (above my belly button) doesn't stick out farther than my belly below my belly botton - which it's usually opposite of that! I haven't weighed myself as I'm doing a challenge not to weigh until March 1 but I'll keep you posted!
