I bought the book, The Yeast Connection a couple of days ago. It has info from the 1980's. Is there a more up dated book of The Yeast Connection? From his writings he was learning something new all the time. He also pushs for anti yeast meds along with the suppements and diet. Is the anti yeast meds just for the very serious cases? I thought we all want to be natural here with as less meds as possible. That has me confused. Any info is appreciated.

For myself, I did go to my Dr. and he prescribed, Nystatin. I had the yeast problem REAL bad.
I think you will know if you need to take a prescription or not. Depending on how severe your overgrowth is and the symptoms. Mine were severe.
I took this medication for about 6 to 8 weeks. Now I just control it with my pure eating and suppliments.
Nystatin works in your gut. This is what my Dr. told me.
