Ok, so I've been convinced that I have a candida overgrowth. Spit tests confirms it.
So I started a very strict anti-yeast diet a few days ago and want to do it for 14 days. This is what I plan on eating:
Eggs (omelet cooked with olive oil and some minced garlic thrown in)
Salads consisting of baby spinach, cucumbers, celery, flaxseed, olive oil, dash of lemon juice
grilled chicken, tuna (plain), steak, ground beef
cauliflower, grilled eggplant
hard boiled eggs
no beverages except water, no dried seasonings
Is that ok for anti-yeast eating?
Also, I need suggestions on how to add in some more protein/fat/calories as eating this way seems to make my caloric intake too low, which seems to slow my weight loss. Any suggestions? Also, is cream cheese a go or no? I'm reading different things.
Thanks
