  • It worked! It worked!

I've been following the candida diet since April 27th. I've been taking is a probiotic, caprylic acid, and psyllium husks.

Before I started the candida diet, I was getting discouraged before because I would get down to 171 and no matter what I did I couldn't get below that number. In fact, it seemed that once I got to that number I would gain for no apparent reason. I had gotten up the ladder to where I would eat some dairy, nuts, and berries but something was hanging me up.

So, I start the candida diet and started losing. As of today, I'm at 169.4!!!!! I am so excited! 4 months of struggling to get below 171 is over!

Congrats to you for sticking with it and breaking through your stall!!! I'm glad that all your hard work has paid off and I hope it continues.

Yeast stalls a lot more of us than I think we realize. I know it did me until I cut out cheese. Keep up the good work!

That's wonderful news! Really happy for you. You should be proud to have stuck with it through thick and thin and then discovered the problem. Well done!
