    Sugar in supplements?

OMG I just read a thread in the extended induction forum about supplements having sugar and those nasty -ose words and additives like corn starch and I am totally freaking, I've just started CAD and I really hope this isn't the case. The garlic tabs I bought have the cellulose and gelatin.
    Anyone got a clue?

I just checked and my garlic pills, they have cellulose in them too. All the different brands I have checked have the cellulose.

It is a necessity to read all labels of suppliments, and foods to be sure what is in them. You can't be to careful.
