Re: Substitute for cream in my decaf?

The reason why J. (and then I) asked about calories is because many people undereat, either because they start Atkins with the "dieting mentality" or because their appetite is suppressed by ketosis.

    3 pork sausages.
    What are the ingredients?

    1 T ranch dressing
    Did you check the ingredients?

    must.
I am guessing that's mustard? Did you check the ingredients?

      Re: Coffee-mate

It is not okay to have Coffee-mate not only because of the trans fats, but also because the first or second ingredient is sugar (corn syrup solids).

Unless you did Atkins with and without Coffee-mate while eating the same foods, exercising the same, weighing the same, having the same age, etc... then you don't know how/if it affects your weight loss.

And don't think a pesky carb is negligible no matter where it comes from. How do you explain then that some people are stalled or slowed down by diet sodas, for example? And we had a member (ValidRouge/Joy) who was stalled by HFCS in the tea she was drinking, although there were 0 carbs listed on the label (even though all teas have carbs). You can read Joy's story here: http://www.atkinsdietbulletinboard.c...d-staller.html
