  • symtoms of Probiotics??

I discovered I have yeast,,, I have had this problem for years, off and on. I purchased some Probiotics, per the books recommendation.

My question is, has anyone else used the vitamin supplement and does it make you GO? if you know what I mean? Its been two days and I have noticed a definate increase in this area.

Can you also share any other if any symptons you might experience in use of this supplement???

Im not positive but if they are doing something to the yeast inside of your intestines and everything, your body might be trying to expose of it all. I thought it was supposed to improve everything in that dept but maybe its kinda like atkins when you first start out its like you gotta go potty all the time but then it levels out after a few days. Id keep taking it for another week at least and see what happens.

The road to recovery from yeast overgrowth can be very uncomfortable. Just like having the yeast overgrowths symptoms make us sick. Everyone is different.

If I understand you are talking about having diarreah after starting probiotics. Some of us have this symptom and some of us have constipation. For me I have the constipation problem. It should level off and get back to normal.

All I can do is suggest that you keep taking your probiotics and suppliments recommended by Dr. A. It just takes time to recover from the yeast problem.

I have been dealing with this problem for years(due to taking lots of antibiotics). I am thinking that it will be a problem for me the rest of my life. But at least I understand what I need to do to keep it in check.

I suggest that you learn all you can about this problem and thru experimenting you will figure out what works for you. Not one solution works for everyone alike. Everyone with yeast problems can get better, but it just takes time and effort.

You might want to get some Activated Charcoal capsules from the health food store. Take a couple if you feel like you're gonna have the runs. It absorbs the poisons, and allows the body to remove it with a little less discomfort. It's also good for food poisoning. You can have all kinds of reactions while cleansing the yeast. Sometimes constipation, sometimes diarrhea. I have had skin reactions in addition to those. It's no fun, but stick with it and all your hard work, and suffering will pay off. Curezone.com has a forum on candida that you might want to check out. Lot's of good info there.
