    Hi all!

I really think I have a yeast problem! My weight loss stalled out last summer then after a hysterectomy and tons of antibiotics and prednisone, I am still dealing with asthma symptoms. I also have several other symptoms of Candida.

I hear all of you doing the "CAD" . Is the procedure for this posted somewhere or am I to just eat Cooked meats, eggs, Veggies and water?

I am so tired of the bloating, the scale swings and the asthma!

Oh and I do have acidopullius in the house. the doctor had me get it after being on antibiotics for the last 12 months on and off. (10-20 days every 8-10 weeks) UGH!

Hi, I'm on may day 39 of CAD. I am feling so good. Only eat fresh food. Meet & vegetables and salad, eggs. At the beginning it is not easy because you would like to eat different foods that you can not eat with CAD. I lost 14 pounds on a month. Your recovery will take time. You will need more than 6 weeks to clean your body. I decide to do my CAD 70 days. I want to be sure that I have the candida :guns controlled.

Do not forget to take your supplements. Oil of Oregano, Caprylic acid, garlic (odorless), Olive leaf extract & acidophillus. Last one take before bed and with three or four hours of difference between supplements.

    Good luck

      Hi Girasol!

Thanks for the post. Is there any place that I can read up on Oil of Oregano, Caprylic Acid and Olive Leaf Extract? I dont like to take suppliments unless I know what is in them and how they might affect me. I am on several asthma meds and I want to discuss with my doctor as well!

BTW, I did the spit test this morning and the legs started forming the minute the spit hit the water.. I guess I have a huge growth going on, but then I knew it before I did it!

Yarnqueen, This is a good place to start to learn about how to starve out the overgrowth of yeast in your system.
