    Xylitol

I just stumbled across some info about xylitol on the Curezone message board. A person there had a testimonial that xylitol helped to heal her of Candida. Also, I did some more searching on google and found some interesting information. Here is an excerpt.

" Xylitol. Dr. Ward Dean states that this sweetener is not metabolized by humans OR yeast: "Yeast gobble it up, thinking they're getting sugar, and die". He considers it one of the best anti-candida strategies!" This is from the link below.

Also, a search on Google.com of xylitol + candida produces a lot of info. I'm gonna pick some up tomorrow. btw, it has 0 carbs. yay!

I should also mention that the information I've read suggests that xylitol inhibits bacteria, and is effective for dental problems such as gingivitis, decay, etc.

xylitol was created for dental use because it doesn't promote bacterial growth as sugar does.

Humans for some reason can taste it as a sweet. I would be very careful counting it as 0 carbs if you use it in a packet as it too has had stuff added it does give stuff a cooling effect taste too so you might not like it as sugar sub in all your stuff either,

      Haooy low carbing.
