Question About Lexapro Trazadone

How does 30 mg of lexapro a day and 100 mg of trazadone at night effect this whole atkins diet. I havent started on the diet yet but would like to know.

Keith, I don't think that anyone can answer that question except your medical advisor. What reaction one person has, another might not. If you follow Atkins to the letter, don't use "franken (junk) foods, then I can't see anything but positive results. All Atkins is, is healthly foods, meat, veggies and fats.
Give it a try as it could only be positive and healthly for you. Let us know what you descide.

I don't know about the one

But I was talking to my therapist today and she said to watch out if you get diarhea, as she had one patient who lost too much weight on Trazadone.

As each person reacts differently to meds and to food, I would say, go ahead and start the diet, you will at the least be eating and living healthier. I have been losing slowly but I take quite a combo of pills and just spent a week in hospital and some of my meds have been changed.

Give the diet a chance and follow the rules faithfully and at the end of two weeks I bet you want to stay with this WOE

I have taken Trazodone and Lexapro together and have not had any trouble. I was taking a very small dose of Lexapro though. Hope this helps.

I take 200mg of trazadone every night and it has not had an impact on my weight loss. It's very effective as a non-addictive sleep aid.

I've taken trazadone as a sleep aid in a far smaller dosage. I've never lost any weight on it but it sure knocks me out!
