What meds will stall or where can i find it in the book. I have not seen anythinregarding a section abou meds.

It really depends on the individual. Like with this diet, I can eat peanuts but they stall some people. No one med has the same side effects for everyone. Some meds can even cause side effects that are not listed for that medication.

Prozac seems to. I'm on 20mg/day and have been CARB-FREE for 15 days with only 2 lbs. lost. I exercise as well, but no luck.Comment
