Is or has anyone been on it? There are alot of dietary restrictions that take away some of my favorite Atkins foods (cheese).

Butterflies are free! Because of all the new beautiful butterflies I see on this board...who have successfly fought with all your might to break out of that "comfortably miserable" cocoon....I too, am determined to become a butterfly.
