    Hi my friends, how are you all today :wave

    Well just a quick question.I have been on Prozac for almost a year now and although it doing me the world of good, id like to know if it can make it more difficult for you to loose weight as i have heard this but i do not know for sure.Also is there anyone out there who is on prozac for depression and managed to loose weight fine? just it would reasure me alot.Thankyou for your support... and he my thought for the day

    It may make it a bit more diffficult to lose weight, but that generally would happen when you first started taking it, even if it would cause stalls that med is a very important one if you have been on it that long and it is working well i wouldn't mess with it-
    call a walgreens pharmacy and ask to speak to a pharmasist and ask about that med and they can give you lots of info on it that may surprise y ou- i call that pharmacy for everything...lol

      I personally, believe it helps you lose weight, especially if you believe it does. the power of postive thinking? >;O)

      but then again, I'm a Prozac fan who feels the benefits of being on the drug far outweigh any other concerns. so i'm not exactly un-biased. don't worry, do Atkins....
