    i have been doing Yoga to save me from depression.
    i was in boarding school and having a bout of depression and it had been buliding up for quite soem time.. they were goign to put me on medication.
    But my mother insisted that i be sent home and took me to learn YOGA. The right kind .. NOT ANY OLD PLACE (THIS IS IMPORTANT - TO MAKE THE COORECT CHOICE - WHERE U LEARN) thre are many KINDS of schools of Yoga (some of it is JUNK STUFF)
    no mdeication ! and it WORKS like a miracle -- if i miss a day or two i notice an immdiate effect on my mood.
    I suffer from severe mood swings through the day .. i have improved now.. still in healing though :joy

      Yoga

      Great suggestion! I wouldn't have even considered yoga before Atkins, but now I'm feeling much more comfortable in my own skin. I'll have to find a community ed class close by.
