  • Laughter vs Depression

I saw this on Good Morning American and Im wondering how we can put some laughter back into our lives.
I think that for many of us, we just need to consciously plan to add a smile into our lives. What makes us laugh. Puppies, and babies, movies, books.
So where is the Jolly Mon Bass when you need him. !!!!!

MOG put the same article in Chit Chat forum.
There is nothing like a good laugh.
    **The falling- off -your-chair-kind.
**Or the kind that is so intense that you vacillate between laughing and crying.
**Then there's the laughter that starts when your mouth is full and you feel like a kid again as it explodes outward onto the table.
**What about the forbidden kind...like in an elevator with complete strangers, or in church when something strikes you so funny?
**I've knelt at a casket of some poor deceased woman that I believed was my friends Mom. My friend then passed by in the corridor of the funeral parlor room, saw me with this stranger and nearly rolled on the floor hysterically with laughter, knowing full well the mix up I made.

    Laughter feels so good.
