New test results

Doctor said they were all good. A1c was 5.6, was 5.9 last time. I think my cholesteral shocked him! My ldl was was only 61, he wanted it under 100. Hdl was 56 if I'm remembering correctly. And he said Triglycerides were great too! I should have got a copy but forgot to ask for it! Liver and kidneys all good too!

My blood pressure was up in the office, but it always is when I go in. At home it was 103/71, in the office today it was 145/85. He knows that I track it at home and that my home readings were just fine.

Those numbers are incredibly awesome!!

And you know as well as I do, those BP numbers in the Dr.'s office are from what they call "The White Coat Syndrome"!!
