I never saw this till now, have not been around since I first poked my nose in here about a month ago.


Thanks for nice words.They mean a lot to me right now!!



I am back on Atkins after finding out the flippin duct tape didn’t hold me on the wagon.



With Christmas and multiple stressors, I went off my program.

I know I know, I can’t believe it myself but am back on.

It’s not working as good for me as it did before but am staying on course and using the words the fella used who wrote A MILLION LITTLE PIECES………….hold on, hold on, hold on….when those carb cravings come….hold on,I am….I am….



I appreciate all your support and am really busy now, running another new business and we leave for Kenya in four weeks.



All my holiday clothes are about 15 lbs smaller so gotta bust my butt before then.


Hey Lynne, so happy you are retired, I got your emails, we got new RV and are going to start living winters south and warm so maybe we can hitch up sometime

Your lifestyle sounds wonderful! I lost some control at Christmas too.

We can be sadder but wiser girls together.
