    Expert on blood sugar needed...

    I'm doing a project for school, where I am examining the danger in bad eating habits for truck drivers. I have a small paper (test) on how their blood sugar levels effected their response speed when having to eg. break for other cars crossing. But I need to know a lot more about this. If anyone has references to websites where I can learn more about this, I would be so happy....
