Need Ideas For Care Package

My Mom is sending me a care package soon. If anybody has any ideas for items I should have her include that would be good for me (after WLS, diabetes, LC, etc) please add them here. What I really need is a good website so I can just have them delievered to her and then she can ship it to me with my amazon order. Does anyone have a good site for stevia products and protein shakes and such?

I noticed this post was kind of old.
If she sends a care package it could be atkins friendly bars and such if you like that kind of thing.
being that you live in SA you have access to homemade cheese and fresh meat.
With atkins I noticed it is "the fresher, the better".

Are you still on atkins?

I am no longer on Atkins. The last time I did Atkins was...hmmm check my sig line. Anyway, I gained all my weight back and then some. I had weight loss sugery two months ago. The lap band. My meals are basically the same as Atkins Maintance Stage.
