Hi, I haven't been on much since last year. I fell off track and moved three times. I'm in Hawaii now, probably for the next 3 years. I am getting back on track, eating low carb again and I joined a gym. I've been going 6 days a week doing cardio and the weight machines. I've got about 12 lbs to go to get back where I was at this time last year(I gained a lot back). My blood sugar has been great since I've been eating better and exercising.
