Sorry to all for not posting lately but I got called away on business and just got back on Saturday.
I managed to stick to the diet during my trip and on weighing myself I found I had dropped another 2 pounds (not bad over 2 weeks), but more importantly my Blood sugar readings are now regularly below 108 (6) and I've lost 2" off my chest with 1" off the waist so all in all a good 2 weeks.
I did not get much chance to exercise while I was away but will start again today.
