    WELCOME HOME

Did you have a safe low carb trip?

Boy were you missed!!!!!! I'm returning them to you. I nudged 'em PMed the missing, pleaded, begged um, answered and threatened them, but they ran away and hid while you were gone. Heck even Irishirish and Coop (just kidding you two) ran off and claimed to have been injured to avoid me without you to control my enthusiasm. I think it was the 5AM forced marches that did it er wait that was a different forum I was covering. but we really really did miss you. And now I'm going back to just sneaking in when you need me here.

ya I am here but not in body nor spirit, it was a three day trip back from Cambodia and I am so tired but can’t sleep, haven’t read much here but will over next few days.

NO not tanned at all, 106 and too hot, in air conditioned bus, thank goodness.or wlaking in old ruins in jungle so not in sun.We try tan and thye bleach their skin to look whiter….what a world….at least we have clean water to drink!!!

I had an awesome holiday and a life-changing event for sure, will share it.

I did Atkins for first ten days but as traveled and got more north did more low carb than Atkins then did whatever was there and now back on induction. In Laos,Berma, had tourist junk foods as it was around….they didn’t even have diet coke so drank water but oh those ice cream bars and they were NOT low fat!!!!

Was like you 2big when you fell off, recall the cravings and the junk you ate, this JUNK monster is still inside me after 18 months of being pure,I thought it was dead and blew me away how the cravings jumped out and lassoed my hand…learned a valuable lesson….. It was like a heroine addiction but I truly enjoyed their lovely foods and knew as soon as home could control it all with Atkins whereas for past four decades would have just continued to not eat right but now have a plan that works.I didn’t feel out of control like in past.

Gained some but think it was the beer

We had awesome weather but too hot for this Canadian girl!!!
So David how ya hanging in there, thnx 2big, ya dessert we had many Japanese going thru the ruins and they said it was bad weather at home. I was only blonde for miles around. Local village children loved to touch my arms and my hair, LOLOL….if only they knew I was a brunette before gray and the bottle hit me!!!!

Love Thailand & Cambodia we go as often as possible.
Siem Reap (Angkor Wat) is a big tourist scene so we try to stay away from there as much as possible

Thai food is w/o a doubt the best in the world, I do OK there they eat TONS of fresh veggies & greens, just stay away from the rice & noodles lah
I try to take one day at a time but sometimes several days attack me at once

Hey Frank, thought of you when over there, went purposely to Angkor wot to see it before it became too commercialized, they are debating whether or not they should install escalators, can you believe it so wanted to see it before it got tortured. I adopted a 20 yr old girl who waited tables there and needs dental work done. I didn’t call your friend as he was far away from us, am going to do a water project to get some of the villages some fresh water as some have no wells, its a sham, the gov doesn’t even acknowledge them and if they get or have money they steal it, one big scam so am working with a local man and will go over myself to see no theft gets done if have too. Shame in 2005 people don’t have fresh water, sad, really sad. I grew up in extreme poverty but nothing compared to what I saw there.
