    :help What do you do when you reach goal- but don't want to add carbs and get your diabetes out of whack- but you don't want to continue losing weight either- it seems like you would add more protein and fat- but I am not that hungry. I am still very sensitive to carbs- anything over about 20 and up I go!! I would look in my DANDR but I forgot it in Arizona and won't get it back for another couple of weeks when my mom returns home. I know that Canuck or 2-Big must have the answer to this!

    yes do exactly that, my friend is losing and is now way under weight and couldnt eat carbs or had to go back on insluin but is ok with more protien as changes to glucosoe and one inahwile had whole wheat rye breade tc.
    portion sizes could escalate, is fasting bg ok if eat more at night???

      I haven't really experimented with it yet too much. I want to stay at the weight that I am- When I was younger I would have liked to weigh 10 lbs less- but i think it would make me look older- you know- what do you do with all that skin??? The idea of eating more seems to be so contrary to what I have been doing to be sucessful at this WOE - but I will try adding some calories without carbs- this is a problem I haven't had in 40 years!!
