Wow thnx people for the nice warm fuzzy and thnx Bren for initiating this.
I appreciate all your support folks and I know particularly for diabetics using Atkins can be a life saver. It initially has nothing to do with weight loss, that is just a nice secondary benefit, but having stable blood sugars makes ya feel so darn good and not so tired and headachy and irritable and hungry. It makes you feel like living again and gives you hope that you can live to be old.
I appreciate the show of kindness.
I curled in bonspiel yesterday so was not here, and am renovating the B&B and redoing the kitchen so need every possible moment to finish that before guests come tonight.
Thnx again for your kind words. I truly feel fortunate as have made many friends here.
                            :hug :wave

Sorry you missed the party, the newbies decorated the place with balloons, the Food section brought the most delicious canapes. Century Club provided the support. Chit Chat provided entertainment and there was partying until dawn. Unfortunately the Exercise forum folks had a little to much to.....well, to drink and we had to roll them off the treadmills. All and all a good time was had by all.
