  • Lab Results...

I am so happy, after two months my A1C went from 8.0% to 6.5%!!

Total Cholesterol: was 135 now 92
    Tri: was 135 now 77
HDL: was 36 now 24---worried about that?
    LDL: was 70 now 53

I need to figure out how to raise my HDL.. any suggestions?

organic grass fed pasture raised butter but if you cant get that then normal unsalted butter

organic chicken eggs but if cant get that then just normal chicken eggs

red meat should help too and beef fat but dont eat any pork or shellfish

meat should be fresh it helps and dont over cook it

beef liver should help too though beef liver must be organic you cant eat non organic liver but also if organic beef liver is too hard to get then organic cod liver oil is just as good i think and its got omega-3

carlsons cod liver oil is a good choice try eating it with some unsalted butter the saturated fats help it absorb better into your body

cold pressed unrefined olive oil is MUCH more healthy than nomal olive oil

exercise should help too make sure its full body exercise work out every last muscle in your body you will most likely need someone to help show you how to do that

and time i think colesterol takes time to change so after doing these things for 6 months try another test
