Splenda and Diabetes

I'm not diabetic, but I have a friend who is - and I have question I hope someone can answer: Is it okay for folks with diabetes to eat things made with Splenda? Is there an upper limit that a person should have? Thanks! :confused

Yes splenda is fine but for some it can cause a spike in BG, they should test after using it to see if they are ok with it, goodonya for watching out for your friend
i think we all are differetn on how much we can use, I find if I have alot I get carb cravings so I limit my amts, I only have it in diet pop and dont use it otherwise.
