I confess.....
I have been on Adkins since January 2 and today I messed up and had a Starbuck's Venti Iced Non-Fat Chai. I had been under some stress the last few days and today I was weak (at least my headache went away!!). That's it...I just felt the need to confess.

was the need to have that emotionally driven? or was it just a case of I don't feel good so Dr Brain precribed some caffeine cause it knew from old experiences with headache and caffeine it had helped you in the past?by the book atkinseer
