I am bulimic. I don't have much weight to lose, yet I want to lose those same 10lb. And I also wanting to regain control over my eating.
I am determine not to binge on carbs. But what if I binge on the protein or fat. Can that stop me from losing those hateful 10lb????
As other bulimic out there, I could consume loads, and not feel the appetite-suppressing effect which is supposed to happen when consume protein.
