    Hi all--

    I have been quite succesful BUT in the last few says I have ben of track-- I am in finals period at school and the stress is crazy-- the scale did not sshow a difference before today but now it has suddenly come up.

    what can i do? Do u agree that I should just get back on the atkisjnt rack tomorrow??

    thanks so muhc-- I was so happy thinner and need to realize that atkins is the way to do it and not just a quick means to an end

    but please give me advice as to how to beleive that on track again, Ican lose what I may have gained and more :0)

    Yes! get right back on! don't wait until tomorrow, get back on atkins and double up on your water. you know that scale is just showing you water gain, not fat! it would be impossible for you to gain fat like that overnight! so get back on atkins, and drink your water and i am sure that water weight will dissappear right quick.

    and one more thing, don't beat yourself up over this! it happens, there are many many of us who eat when stressed...heck sometimes I am in the donut shop and on my 3rd donut before I even realize I am eating! It happens, you know what to do, you know what triggered it...you are now prepared for next time! :hug
