ter 2 weeks in induction i felt amazing my tummy was going shrimking
this morning i weight myself to realize that this week i didnt lose a pound even though i know i ate to much cheese ! BUT not to many carbs ..,maybe 16-20 per day...
TODAY I ATe everYThING FROM CEREAL< MILK<BREAD< PAsTA Chocolate...ect ..I feel
DISGUSTING !!
What should i do ?
should i fast for tomorow and purge myself to clean my system and
start induction again ?
i really dont know what happen ...im very dissapointed on myself ..
i feel bad and bloated ...HELP

don't worry- trust me. its just about eating low carb, not starving yourself or depriving yourself. its a way of life, and everything in moderation. Plus, this way- when i'm watching a movie and everyone has twizzlers, i have a few sugar free ones, or if my husband has ice cream, i break out some jello with redi whip
let me know how it goes. Everyone falls off the horse, you just have to dust yourself off, get back on and ride! Mold the diet to you, don't mold to it
