so I've been trying to go atkins to lose at least 20 pounds and I am having a really hard time of it...because I am an emotional eater....I mean when I lost the 1st 4 pounds in about 5 days....I celebrated with food! and it was not atkins friendly! so I gained and lost 5 pounds over the last few weeks....because everytime I get stressed/bored/nervous/excited etc...I turn to food. Now I don't have a problem being physically active...I excercise almost daily and when I'm not excercising I am workin ginthe yard...new hobby of mine...and I live in florida so I do a lot of sweating in the yard...even in october!
I have tried reading a book when I am bored and can't seem to get into it...I watch movies...but then hit pause to raid the fridge.
I wish I could call a friend but most...no all of my friends have a lot of things going on in their lives like unemployment/divorce/new baby that I honestly don't want to burden them with my weight loss issues.
so I figure if I post this someone who has been in my shows will read this and come to my rescue...I could really use an atkins buddy.
