welcome to all the newbies. if you don't see your ADBB board name here it is cause you didn't follow the direction and put ADBB PRES CHALLENGE in the second box instead of your name when you signed up. you can fix it by deleting yourself from the challenge on your groups tab and then resigning up with the group number in the first box and your board name in the second box.

Welcome bugaboo you can put any exercise you do in there. They have a very extensive list of things they consider exercise.
