                  Ohhhhhhhhhhh I'm a lazy bum! I don't know what happened. No excuses I've just been lazy in the morning and not getting up early enough. If I get up early I can ride my bike to work (an hour + each way) and rack up 2 hours of cardio for the day. If I don't and drive instead, by the time I get home it's getting late and I end up doing Nada. Gotta' get back on it tomorrow! Good job Gbu! You're racking up the hours there.

                    OK I'm joining really really late..but i'm joining. I promised myself i'd start up running again monday, but if i join this tonight..i'll have to start tomorrow! (no reason not too)

                    Reason: I've been at goal (approx 30 lb weight loss) for 8 months now, on atkins since march 2004. I've recently struggled with a 5 lb gain that i've struggled for a month to lose. and yesterday i weighed myself and that 5 lbs has turned to 7 . no cheats, no carb fests etc. i'm thinking i need to start running again. it must be the cardio.

                    Hopefully I will be able to post daily, will be on vacation next week, but will be online.

                    I may be brave and post my stats in my sig. line like brook..i need to be accountable!

                      I'd like to do that, too (to-do-to-dooooooooo )

                      It seems I just can't lose those last 15 pounds I need to...I know cardio would help, but I'm just plain lazy and weak. So - kick my *** please if needed!

                                I bought a new surfboard after work today. Ohhhhhhhhhh it's beautiful. I think I may sleep with it tonight. Is that wrong? Anyway, that should get me in the water a bit more. Needed my car today for errands, so no biking. Tomorrow it's ON! Good job everyone. Gbu, you're kicking my butt! I'm gonna' catch you.....
