Hello everyone!!
Alright, I'll just cut to the chase -
*******Who wants Butt Cheeks that can Crack Walnuts?!********
I do! I do!
Here's the deal - You choose the number of minutes of exercise you'd like to commit to for the month of Sept. If 250 minutes is workable for you, then that's what you commit to. If it's 500, 750, 1000? GO FOR IT!
Sometimes life gets in the way. Sometimes we commit to X number of days a week and then that wonderful/horrible thing called "life" happens and it makes it extremely difficult, if not impossible, to keep that commitment. With this? There's no specific amount of days you have to commit to, no slugs, and no reporting in daily. We keep the tally ourselves and we get the distinction next month of adding "I did X minutes of exercise in Sept" to our siggys - right next to the following month's commitment
Add it to your signature and keep a running tally. With this, everyone's a winner
- And you don't have to out-do anyone except yourself!
1000 minutes sounds like a lot, but really it's just over 33 minutes a day! I have to tell you, it's been really fun to be able to tell people in my life, "Yeah, I knocked out 1059 minutes of exercise in August." and see the look on their faces.
So?? C'mon! Come play with the BCtcCW Crew! We want those butt-cheeks of steel and this is an easy way for us to get closer to it and look really cool while we're at it.
