  • HEY!! BCtcCW Crew!! ......

How are y'all doing? Are you finding that you're getting more exercise minutes in than you thought you would already? Easy to keep track of? Impressing yourselves? LOL

I've been watching the numbers of those that are posting around here and I've been impressed! Heck, I'm impressing myself with the minutes I've racked up and it's only the 6th! LOL I'm already more than 25% of the way there and we've got a LOT of days to go this month! WOOHOO!

Just curious to hear from everyone! Wondering how it's going and if you've found anything new you enjoy doing or are planning on trying something new to rack up those minutes?.

This view is gonna be prettier by the end of the month, folks!

Hey Brook! Piasa Girl brought up a good point. When are we going to crack some walnuts and who is going to eat them? Should we be practicing or will we attempt it after the challenge is over?

And I just thought of something....wouldn't it depend on the type of exercise you are doing as to whether or not we are working the appropriate muscles in order to crack those walnuts? Yikes! I know I haven't!

Well, you know how it goes, wannabe. Whether we're strength training our glutes or just aerobicizing the fat of our hineys off, they're gonna look better regardless.

I never said eating the cracked walnuts was part of the deal, but heck, if you can find someone who's willing, more power to ya! LOL LOL

305 at the moment Half way done and it's not even the 15th!

It's the Turbo Jam's fault. Yeah, like that's a problem.

I'm sure the minutes will slow down, maybe, when school stars, right now I'm doing my 20 min TJ, 10 min Six pack in the morning and then afternoon comes and I'm bored. Yep, TJ again, I torture myself through the 45 mins of trying to learn the routine of trying not to look too dorky. lol!

I'm not sure I'll have buns to crack walnuts at the end, but for sure my legs will be crackin' something. lol!

Nice to see everyone ramping their minutes! Woo hoo!

Checking in here; Day two, I've managed to get up at 5:30 am and do my exercise. Getting into a solid routine is really hard for me — it's sooo much easier to hit that snooze button!
But as Heather said, those walnuts aren't going to crack themselves!

I'm really amazed at how many minutes I have so far and I only have 6 days in so far. May need to think a bit higher for next month too. This will be my "baseline" month to see what I can do...next time I'll push it farther!

This challenge is definitely motivating me to get off my butt! Last night, when the streetcar was taking a while to show up, I thought - would I rather be lazy and wait FOREVER for the damn thing, or do I want to rack up some exercise minutes?

So I walked home instead! Yay!
