          I am pretty much 100% holding steady at the exact same weight and bodyfat%. Anybody want to guess why??? Because I'm averaging slightly LESS than an hour of cardio every OTHER day. I need to be doing the bike to work 4 days a week if I want to get anywhere. Going out to the river this weekend. So Monday I'm going to start fresh and bike in. I can do M-T rest Wednesday then Th-F. That's doable.

                  Ha-ha-ha-ha. So how SAD is this? Tell myself I'm going to bike to work Monday and Tuesday - don't do it. So you know what I did? Today, Wednesday I drove my car in with the bike in the backseat. I biked home - good for an hour and 5 of cardio. But more importantly I HAVE TO bike to work tomorrow because my car is there, not here at my house. ha-ha-ha-ha!! Hey, whatever it takes right?
