Looks like we got some folk forgetting to post their exercise like Katlam, knicknack,womanpraised, feemia, and bugaboo just to name a few. I sent PMs before to many of those folk how about the rest of y'all?


wannabethintoo what happened? I was all set for your bronze party this week. I checked twice got out my bronze marker, but they say you don't have enough of those counting points to have 20,000 based on only 750 a day.

Yeah 'cause they will only count max 750 per days even though some days I do a lot more. So the number you see is higher than what I actually have. My signature has the real amount.

yes but that number was the same the other day. You can knock off 750 points in one day so what happened?

I didn't exercise Sunday or today. Rest days. All right, all right...I'll have it done by tomorrow.

I guessed.

So after work I have my 1 hour weight training with my personal trainer and I'll do 45 minutes on the treadmill...that should give me the points I'm missing for the bronze.

Do people actually order the medal or do we just use a cyber version in our signature?

Good for you. You can cyber post it or you can actualy order them yourself. If we were a physically working out together group we could order them as a group and have award presentations.

Well I exercised over 800 points yesterday but it only took 750 max. Now I have 20 more points to go...I think walking to the washroom should do it.

oops sorry missed that Sarah they let you join a harder program less points ofr the same workouts and go for more awards.
