I am starting my exercise program today - now before you read any further, please note I currently have NO muscles - and I'm very very unfit - so i'm being smart about this. I've done my research, brought myself a heart rate monitor, and i'm starting with the walk away the pounds 1 mile program - I intend to do this 3 times this morning, with breaks in between staying within my optimum fat burning heart rate.
I also have the 2 and 3 mile tapes, so I plan to work up to these. I'm going to post everyday to make sure I keep on track!! Wish me luck!!
