  • WATP 1 mile

    I am starting my exercise program today - now before you read any further, please note I currently have NO muscles - and I'm very very unfit - so i'm being smart about this. I've done my research, brought myself a heart rate monitor, and i'm starting with the walk away the pounds 1 mile program - I intend to do this 3 times this morning, with breaks in between staying within my optimum fat burning heart rate.

    I also have the 2 and 3 mile tapes, so I plan to work up to these. I'm going to post everyday to make sure I keep on track!! Wish me luck!!

    Mini goal - register on the scales (the ones my trainer uses only go up to 300!)

    Hey, Imgonna!

    I have the WATP series as well, along with Walk Away Express and Walk & Kick....Leslie Sansone is my favorite for getting started into exercise and for days when I need an up lift and a sweet smile from her. She's just great! It sounds like you've got your plan all together and getting your grove on! Woo hoo!

    I'll be rooting for ya!

      Thanks Lisa - only managed to do the tape twice - but then cleaned the flat so it balances out!! About to start my morning workout - here goes!!!
