  • BCtcCW Crew!!! How ya doin'?!

Hey there everyone!! It's been quite awhile since we all checked in on each other. How are you all doing?!!

I'm afraid I'm probably not going to make my 1500 minute goal this month, but I will absolutely blow 1000 minutes out of the water. That's okay by me, although not ideal! It's a lesson learned for me in setting my sights on reasonable and attainable goals. Can I make the 1500 minutes? I could, I'm sure, but at what cost to myself, my energy levels and my mood?!!

What about everyone else? I've seen some pretty great numbers!

      I will commit...

      Brook,

Since you have challenged me to do it, I will commit to 135 minutes between now and the end of the month. I am going to add it to my signature now and make myself do it today.

          Brook,

You are my lifeline right now (no pressure on ya, right?). I started a journal too.

I'm doing pretty well! I'm confident I'll make it by the end of the month - especially now that I'm comfortably into my 60 minute 'The Firm' workouts. Daaaamn. [Ow!]

I should make my goal. I've been walking 60 minutes each day and I just purchased Slim in 6 Weeks...so, I'll be starting that.

Woo-Hoo! Hit my goal today and there are still 6 days to go!

Brook - thank you for this challenge. It helps to see how much I am doing, especially on days that it's rough to get in some exercise.
