  • BCtcCW Crew! Today's the DAY! Are you going to make your goal?!

    Good morning everyone!

    I've got 90 minutes to go today to make my goal of 1500 minutes for the month of October. I'm pretty sure I can do it! My workout this morning will be about an hour long and then we've got lots of walking ahead of us tonight.

    How about you?!

    I'm so proud of us all. Seriously. This is the 2nd month in a row and look at how many minutes we all racked up!

    General rule of thumb for success: If it requires a degree in chemical engineering to pronounce it, you probably shouldn't eat it.

    Well.....ummm...that's a very good question there Brook....let me see...2 + 24....330...1454 + 1.....well, that'll be a NO for me!

    I gave it my best shot though these past few days.... I did 2 hours on the treadmill on Friday and a 3 hour hike on Saturday.

      I made it on Friday! Yay!

      I've been thinking about what my November goal should be. I think I'll stick with 600 minutes again, and if I hit it even earlier than I did this month, I'll up it to 700 for December.

      And I signed up for 6WEC #22 again too! Yay!

      And I will just note at this point that I LOVE these exercise challenges - you wanna know why? Not only are my abs now fairly rock hard, THEY ARE STARTING TO BECOME VISIBLE BENEATH THIS LAYER OF TUMMY FAT! Booyah! I'm excited.

        I just met my goal for the October month and I am going to go for 900 in November.

          Nope, I didn't make it...I missed by 175 minutes. So, that's the 2nd month I've missed my 1200 minutes of exercise goal....

          Looking back, if I wouldn't have had my little trip to Atlanta (or if I'd have drug my butt down to their gym) over those 4 days, I would have made it!

          So, I'm happy with my minutes, but I'll leave them at 1200 for November and push extra hard to make them!

            Nope, I didn't make it for October. But, I sure had fun trying!!

            I missed by 75 minutes - dang!

            I'm keeping my goal at 1500 for November and I'll push extra-hard to make it!!

              I missed mine by like 40 minutes..... Oh well, I am making my goal for next month 600 but I wanna have them finished by Thanksgiving. I wanna also be at 195 by thanksgiving!!! Wish me luck- WAIT- wish me whooshies!!!! LOL

                    I made it...I did 1623 for October. I'm setting 1500 as goal again in November.

                            HEY You guys are all gunna be cracking *** with your walnuts or cracking walnuts with you A$$ which ever that is totally awesome.

                            Can I come to the party you all know I am an exercise freakazoid hey why not I'll have to figure out how many minutes I ahve so far it's actually quite a few I usually exercise like 7 hours per week around there so if I make a goal for 6 hours per week and go over we are good to go right.

                              WOW I didn't realize how much I actually exercised LOL. It's pretty cool adding up the numbers and seeing theminutes there right infront of you. I had no idea I knew I exercised a lot but, didn't really know how much.
