  • Quick Question! Pllease Help!

    I signed up for the exercise challenge to do two miles on my exercise machine. I wasn't feeling great last night, but I did it. I don't want to take a day off, but we're about to leave to go BOWLING tonight for 3-4 hours. Can that count as my exercise?

    I will defer to the people who know, but I doubt it since there is lots of sitting involved. I wouldn't think it would get your heart rate up enough to use many calories. As I said, I am just thinking out loud. I am sure one of the exercise phenoms can answer better.

          Yes, sports (even bowling) count as exercise for the challenge

              oh yay! I got in the challenge late, i want to make up for not being in the first two weeks by not missing a DAY til the end of this challenge! I wanted all smileys soooo bad!
