    Hey there, Walnut-Crackers !

    I know you're all closer to cracking those walnuts than you were in October. I know I am! hehehe

    (No 2big, there will be no pictures or formal walnut-cracking contest. )


    So? What's your committment for the month? Are you upping it, lowering it? Keeping it the same? How do you feel about how you did last month? Did you think you'd hit it?

    I kept mine the same - 1500 minutes. With the holidays and everything else coming up this year, I wanted to be sure to keep it realistic and so far so good! I knocked it out of the park last month and I feel great about it. I made huge strides and changes in my physical well-being and appearance and I'm thrilled!!

    So what about the rest of you?! How ya doin?



    And thanks for comin' along for the BCtcCW ride. I'd be awfully lonely without ya!

    I did 2009 in November and I committed to 2000.

    I'm committing to 2000 again for December.

    2big keeps asking me if I'm ready to crack some walnuts.

      I did 2190 for last month and pledged to do 1600 so I blew that away I actually didn't realize how much I exercised LOL.

      This month I am doing 2000 with holidays and stuff I am NOT making excuses I am still doing what I have been doing gunna make my 100 pounds by the end of the year.

      So I am extremely commited to changing my body I have lowered my caloric intake to get things going a little better seems to be working.

        I missed mine by about 100 minutes -- getting sick for a week totally threw me off.

        Since a week's worth of this month has already passed, I'm gonna commit to 500 minutes for the rest of the month.

          You guys did so awesome last month- I too blew my goal away! I don't remember how many minutes I did exercise(i could go backa nd add from fitday) but I know I did over 1200 maybe like 1300 I can't remember but I had only pledged to do 600! So this time 1200 is my goal... I didn't think about going out of town at the end of the month, but they have a dvd player there I am sure so maybe I can take my Si6 dvds with me , or maybe some other ones too! We can all do this! Once again~!!!!!!
