    WE GOT A NEW MONTH AND A NEW START SO HOW MANY MINUTES MILES YOU DOING? you need to figure your monthly total as your commitment to this challenge and post it in here and then just count them down or up every day in this topic Remember Feb has only 28 days.
    Don't forget to change your icon to this topic too you need to change 22718 to 317951 in your sting ofsiggy code.

      Hmm, I was wondering, I don't have a treadmill, but I am getting an elliptical tomorrow. It does count the miles, so would that work? I just don't want to create an elliptical challange and be the only one in it!!!

      Just lemme know, either way is great!

        I would like to join the Feb. challenge, I will make sure and post my minutes here this time. I got 1205/ 1000 min. for January. I will sign up for 1000 minutes for Feb.

          If you want to create an eliptical challenge I will join you!? Anything to help keep up the numbers.

            For Feb, I pledge 600 minutes. I know it's the same amount as Jan, but Feb is a shorter month!

            I've also done 30 minutes this morning. So, 30 minutes out of 600 completed for the month of Feb. woo hoo!
            HW=250+/222/GW=175 37F/5'7
            Revamped my WOL starting 2/10/08.

              i am so ashamed that i couldnt make my goal,i wont blame Bc but it really occupied me most of the time then my son started going school,i was busy and sleep deprived so the lesiure time i got i preffred sleeping(ah excuses)
              i could just do 32 miles,that is almost 700 minutes

                    okay I got my HIIT done for 60 mins today and since I do 60 HIIT and now 45 cardioafter lifting I'm connitting to 1200 min

                            you will get there that is less then 1 hour a day cause i take sunday off as formal exercise days and have a play day.
