    i will do 600 for feb...i know its a small target but i want to be consistant...dont want to frustrate my body with too much going on at the same time :0D

      Gotcha qatil. Don't forget to update us on how many you've got occassionally at least, daily if you feel like it, please post like:

          300/5750 went over by 50 guess I was a lil excited for the challenge.

          I am in the 6wk challenge as well can I write my situps there as well or no.

              I am doing 6 days a week. hehe never mind i know what you mean I do 100, 2 min rest, 50, 3 min rest, 50, 4 min rest or a jog, 50 then go onto the jogging (on trampoline)

                You do 100 in a row...non-stop? Full sit ups?

                  yeah, cause i have done them forever. i got a 6 pac under this fat ha haha.
                  sit-ups and me are best friends been doin em prolly 5 days a week for years, i love em.

                      there is a good way to keep your mind off it.
                      you do 5 knees like a unpside down V then 5 with your legs to the right or left side, then 5 with ur legs to the other side. then 5 with your legs curved and slightly elivated then 5 with your knees as close to your tummy as possible, then bam, 25 done. it will prolly burn by the last one keep doing it and its 100 % easier but its a quick way to kill 25 once u build yourself up you can do 4 sets or 2 or 3. I donno I love em.

                      oh and every second or third day I do em on my trampoline it eases any back pain, when i bought mine it showed how to do em on it it is neat (but you cannot bring yourself up as far. and works more lower and upper.)
