                  At the risk of sounding crass... if you'd take your hat off for a full situp.. what would it take to get you in just those SHORTS!?? Just asking, I know I'm not the only one wondering!

                        I have been out of town...so I have not posted in awhile. I am now at 227 sit ups for the month. My goal is 575...that leaves me with 348 left to do for the month....or like around 45 a day to go a little over goal! I know I can do it!!!! I am so happy that I can actually do a situp that it is fun!!!!!

                            Hi I'm NEW and want to get in on the action. I started doing situps on my exercise ball on Monday. I could only do 20 on Monday and I did 25 this morning. So I want to sign up for 180 situps for the remainder of the month.
