ok...after my 3 day weekend....I am now at 482/575. So tonight I must do 93 sit-up and I will have achieved my goal. I am so happry and proud!!! I was looking at my stomache last night and I think I see the begining of some awsome abs!!!! Not quite a six-pac, but the top part of it seems to be taking shape! It is amazing. Thanks to all for your support and congrats to you all!!! Next month's challenge shall be even better!!! Tomorrow I shall post all my final total and rejoyce in my accomplishment!!!

I am too!!! I am like 40-45 lbs away from my goal!!! I can not wait to hit it and then try to loose 20lbs more. Then I should be happy with myself!!!! I have lost between43-47 lbs now. I have started lifting weights a little and would like to step that up, but between my treadmill challenge, the sit up challenge and the pushup challenge it shall be hard to find the time, but hey its all progress!!! I can not thank you enough Jasmain for all you support...you have helped me so much!!! You are doing great too!!! Next month you and I shall do even better!!!

Screw Tomorrow!!!! I have accomplish my goal now!!! yes moments ago I did the last sit up required for my goal!!!! It was one of the hardest sit-ups ever...yet the most rewarding, fun, and exciting one ever!!!! If I can do this anyone can!!!!!!!!!
